Coaching in nutrition goes beyond our understandings, it supports new habits, nurturing and developing positive mindset towards eating and lifestyle.
Yoyo dieting or fad diets are common and exercising hard in order to reach a goal can compromise enjoyment from food, here denial of pleasure can stand in the way in the quest of reaching a goal.
Health coaching along with my knowledge around nutrition and lifestyle allows sustainable change to be implemented.
My role is not to dictate - but find resources and information to support you; whilst understanding cognitively what may be standing in your way.
When combined with evidence based science coaching can complement and empower change where goals can be actualised.
Understanding what makes you thrive and live a fulfilled life are some of the outcomes when emotions, motivations, ethical beliefs are all considered as part of the coaching process. Moving beyond what is not visible and as a result becoming visible and understood.
